Application and Visa

1. Application form for foreign students studying at Neusoft Institute Guangdong;

2. A copy (or scanned copy) of the diploma and transcript of the high school or above

3. A copy (or scanned copy) of the applicant's passport

4. Medical test report

Note :

To seek the medical test report requirement and format from the student’s country Chinese embassy that issued the visa for student to go China.

Upon receiving the original JW202 and admission letter, student will apply for visa for entry to China using the JW202 form, school admission letter and the medical report.

Visa will be X1, valid for stay in china for 30 days.

Student will be required to apply for residence permit within 30 days of entry.

Upon reaching China with X1 visa. Within 30 days, Student will apply for residential permit which will valid student stay to 12months.

Student will be required to do medical screening and registration at local police station.

Files required for residence permit application

For year 1 student

a. Original valid passport with photocopies of first page and valid visa page.

b. Two passport-size photos and return receipt.

c. Registration Certificate of Temporary Residence for Visitors and One copy.

d. Medical Checkup Report.

e. Visa Application for Study in China (Form JW202).

f. Admission Letter by NUIT.

g. International Student Insurance no. or certificate. 

h. Payment Receipt of NUIT.

For year 2-4 student

a. Original valid passport with photocopies of first page and valid visa page.

b. Two passport-size photos and return receipt.

c. Registration Certificate of Temporary Residence for Visitors and One copy.

d. International Student Insurance no. or certificate. 

e. Payment Receipt of NUIT.

g. Attendance rate must be above 80%.
